Host a Thrive Screening
Thank you for your interest in hosting a THRIVE Screening! Hosting a screening is an easy and effective way to share THRIVE with your community and spark the conversations, critical thinking, and actions that will move us all toward a thriving world.
If you are hosting a free event, we do not charge you a licensing fee and you can choose to either stream the movie online for free or purchase the DVD for $20 or the Blu-ray Disc for $25 through our online store. We recommend using the DVD or Blu-ray to ensure the best quality viewing without interruption.
If you are hosting a public screening and charging for tickets, requesting donations for entry, or using the event as a fundraiser of any kind, we require a minimal licensing fee as detailed below. This fee will include either one complimentary DVD or Blu-ray Disc. Shipping costs will be added to the licensing fee and will vary depending on where you need your copy of THRIVE shipped to.
To register your screening and receive a screening kit, please fill out the form below and submit to the THRIVE Team for review. Please note that you must have a confirmed venue, confirmed date and confirmed time to be approved. As long as the information you are providing adheres to our Screening Terms and Conditions, we will grant you a license, payment pending, where applicable. Please note that we do not issue multiple engagement licenses under any circumstances - this system only offers licenses on a per showing basis and we invite you to hold as many as you’d like.

We will not charge you if you are not charging others. If you are hosting a free event, you can stream the movie online for free or buy the DVD for $20 or the Blu-ray Disc for $25 through our online store. We highly recommend using the DVD or Blu-ray for group screenings to ensure high quality viewing without interruption.
If you are hosting a public screening and charging for tickets, or requesting donations for entry, we require a minimal licensing fee. You will also need to pay for shipping costs, which will be billed to you upon approval of your application. Once we receive payment we will send you one complimentary DVD or Blu-ray Disc.
The fee structure is as follows:
50 people and under - $150
51-100 people - $200
101-250 people - $250
251- 499 people - $350
500+ people - $500

We came up with this arrangement because we feel it’s fair that if you are making money by showing our movie, we should also be compensated for helping to make it happen. We appreciate your support.Yes! We currently offer wholesale bundles of DVDs and Blu-ray Discs for sale directly from our store. These are available in multiples of 30 or 100 only and the discount structure is as follows:

What’s Involved
Step 1 - Set the date and time
Pick a day that’s convenient for you. Allow 3 hours for the event. 4 hours includes set up and clean up.
Step 2 - Invite your guests
Decide who you’re inviting and send out invitations. You can do this via Email, Facebook, Evite, or any other way you choose.
Step 3 - Prepare your materials
Download the Screening Kit. This will come in a confirmation email after you register. You will need a TV, computer, and/or a digital projector and screen to watch the movie. If you are hosting a free screening, you will also need to buy the DVD ($20) or Blu-ray Disc ($25) in our online store or stream the movie on the day of your event.
Step 4 - Get set up
Get the film ready to screen. It helps to test ahead of time to get the sound levels right and make sure everything is all running smoothly.
